Instructions
In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Once the sauce is ready, remove the bay leaf. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pot and toss it with the sauce until well coated.
Serve the One-Pot Spaghetti Bolognese in bowls, garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese

Feel free to add grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil for extra flavor
