Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 slices Artisanal Bread
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lemon Juice of
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • Fresh dill or bean sprouts and for garnish serve.

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • Spread the avocado mixture evenly on each toast.
  • Top with smoked salmon slices.
  • Garnish with fresh dill or bean sprouts and serve.

Notes

  • For the avocado, choose ripe ones that are slightly soft to the touch for easier mashing.
  • Adjust the amount of lemon juice according to your taste preference. You can start with less and add more if desired.
  • Be generous with the smoked salmon to create a balanced flavor with the creamy avocado.
  • Feel free to be creative,  try adding a soft or medium-boiled egg on top
