Ingredients
  

  • 4 breakfast sausage links sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced Peppadew peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced

Instructions
